Due to the perishable nature of our products, we don't accept any returns.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

We will work diligently to find a solution that satisfies you, which may include a full or partial refund or a replacement product.

To expedite the resolution process, please include photos of the product, packaging, and invoice with your message.

Our team will review the case on priority and aim to provide a resolution within 2 business days.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion can cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
